Wow Jones, often referred to as “The Sauce” is CEO and Creative Director of Boss Academy, a production company focusing on music and lifestyle. Jones is known for his intuitive approach to music production and his discreet style of moving about the industry. Proving to be a gem among today’s evolving sound and culture, the Baltimore-native started his rise as he documented himself behind the keys of Bryson Tiller’s Trapsoul Tour. Meanwhile, a simultaneous buzz grew around his original remixes of Rihanna’s “Numb” and “Cake”, to which she performed exclusively on her ANTI World Tour. After being appointed Musical Director for Tiller’s concert series, Jones became producer on the artist’s sophomore album True To Self (RCA).

In 2018, Wow began his work with Post Malone; programming, composing and sequencing for the Beerbong’s and Bentley’s US Tour, Malone’s headlining performance at Coachella and the American Music Awards, which included an orchestrated string arrangement for “Psycho” featuring Ty Dolla Sign. In light of Jone’s versatility, he took home a Dove Award for his production on Anthony Brown & Group Therapy’s Contemporary Gospel/Urban Album of the Year (2018).

Today, Jones continues to play a vital role as Malone’s Music Director of the 2019 Beerbong’s and Bentley’s World Tour, which launched on Valentine’s Day in Dublin, Ireland. Jones was also instrumental via music direction for Bazzi’s 2019 Coachella performance.
